- The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors meets monthly, on the third Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at the main office located at 309 Office Plaza Drive, Tallahassee 32301. The Board of Directors meets every odd-numbered month on the fourth Tuesday at 6:00 pmat Tallahassee Community College’s Ghazvini for Health Care Education at 1528 Surgeon’s Drive, Tallahassee 32308. The meetings are open to the public. Each meeting will focus on programmatic and fiscal updates from the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP, Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), Family Self-Sufficiency Program funded by the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) and Head Start programs. Capital Area CAA will be hosting monthly Executive Committee Meetings and bi-monthly Board of Directors Meetings. These meetings are open to the public.
