Disabilities

Capital Area CAA Head Start provides services for children with diagnosed special needs that include, but are not limited to, developmental delay, hearing, speech/language, visual and medical. Children with special needs will be included in the activities and services provided for all enrollees. Modification may be made and/or special equipment provided, if necessary.

Children with special needs are provided with Individualized Educations Plans (IEP) or Individualized Program Plans (IPP).
